Description

This premium quality contemporary styled modular staircase can be built in straight, L-shaped or U-shaped layouts
The Karini staircase is easy to configure and its flexible design suits most space requirements.
This staircase can be built either left or right handed
The 8mm Z shaped steel structure on both sides of the staircase creates a solid base for the 40mm beech wood treads
The staircase can be configured with 3, 2 or 1 tread(s) winder (corner treads)
The steel structure is powder coated in 4 standard colours: parchment white, aluminium grey, bronze and black
The brushed oiled beech wood treads are available in 5 finishes: untreated, oak, walnut, stone and wengé
The standard staircase is suitable for floor-to-floor heights of 2340-2860mm with 12 treads (and 13 rises)
Additional treads can be ordered incl. fittings to increase the total staircase height (the maximum staircase height is 3740mm)
Staircase width: 700 mm, 800 mm or 900 mm
Custom made versions upto 1000 mm wide are also possible
The standard staircase configuration is supplied with railing for one side of the staircase (see our accessoires for extra railing and balustrade options)
The modular staircase railing and matching balustrade system will suit all staircase layouts
The standard railing is made from Ø 20 mm vertical steel balusters (powder coated) and a Ø 42 mm synthetic handrail
A Ø 50 mm solid wood handrail can also be ordered
The solid beech modular handrail is stained to match the treads
The metal finish is available in parchment white, aluminium grey, bronze or black
Riser bars are recommended when young children may be using the staircase
The stairwell must be at least 50 mm larger than the width of the staircase
