  • The Firenze XXL combines a classic and yet also highly modern design with solid and robust structure
  • This staircase can be used both indoors and outdoors
  • The standard kit is suitable for floor-to-floor heights from 2520 to 2760mm
  • Additional treads can be ordered separately to increase the total height
  • Standard rise of the treads 210mm - 230mm
  • A custom made rise is available on request
  • Available in diameters : 1700mm, 1800mm, 1900mm and 2000mm
  • The attractive universal design can be installed either clockwise or anti-clockwise
  • The Firenze XXL rotates through  360° with 16 standard treads
  • The stairwell / available floor space must be at least 50mm larger than the staircase diameter
  • The standard kit includes the staircase railing with handrail and triangular shaped landing platform
  • Other types of the landing platform, such as square shaped, are available on request
  • The landing platform and treads are made from heavy duty steel which has been galvanized
  • The handrail is made from hardwearing grey synthetic compound and has a special finish that complements the finish of the metal parts
  • The railing spindles (balusters) are made from steel tubing
  • Designed for intensive use, the "Firenze" spiral staircase is wholly constructed from premium quality materials
  • The Firenze XXL is particularly easy to assemble in comparison to other spiral staircase kits because a lot of the small components are already assembled in the factory to save you time on site
  • This spiral staircase is great as access to a balcony or roof terrace
  • The optional balustrade shown in the photo can be ordered as a separate accessory
  • We recommend customers consult their building control office prior to installing any staircase to check that it fully meets their requirements
